Registration Forms for the Year of 2005/2006
Please fill out the Religious Education form completely (front and back)
Children should be enrolled for the grade they will be attending in the fall.
A copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate needs to be attached to the form or sent in to the Religious Education office upon payment.
Times for Religious Education classes:
Sunday Morning 9:00-10:00 K-3 thru K-5
Family Program –After the 9:00 Mass
(Meets twice a month; program is filled on a first come, first serve basis.)
Wednesday afternoon 4:30-5:45 Grades 1-7
Wednesday evening 6:30-7:45 Grades 1-8
(Confirmation meets only at this time)
Fees for Religious Education classes
$50.00 per child with a maximum of $140.00 per family (Grades K-3-8)
Family Program-$50.00 per family
Sacramental Fees
Confirmation-$25.00
Reconciliation/First Holy Communion- $10.00

All Fees are due at the time of registration.v
No child will ever be turned away due to financial difficulty.
